TOUR PROGRAM :Long Tan Battle Field - Nui Dat Tour Fom Phu My Port

DURATION : 7 - 8 Hours

An historical journey to learn about the Battle of Long Tân awaits you. On 18th, August 1966, the Australian Army and Viet Cong forces fought in a rubber plantation near the village of Long Tân in South Vietnam.

8:00 a.m (Or Depend on your Cruiseship schedule ) : Our guide pick you up at Entrance Gate of Phu My Port,

Then We Travel Around Southernside of Long Hai Mountain via Ba Ria to Long Phuoc, It is about 30km through Countryside with Lush Rice Fields, Market Gardens .Farm House.

Your first stop is the sight of the former Nui Dat Task Force Base (Nui Dat SS Hill). Little remains of this camp except the columns of the main gate. The former runway is now a wide street in the local village and the old heli-pad is now a soccer field. A school established by the Australians is nearby. Later, drive past the location of the Horseshoe (access not permitted these days due to mining activity) to the Discourtesy Rubber Plantation. Visit the Long Tan Cross - Australian War Memorial, before continuing on to the Long Phuoc Tunnels and visit Ming Dam (no longer the “Secret Zone”) and Long Hai.

Drive another hour to VungTau city

Explore the history and culture of Vung Tau City 

Visit Jesus Redeemer Statue and step up inside the statue to view the city.

Visit White Palace – the Vietnam last King’s summer palace on the plumeria flower hills.

 Lunch at local restaurant

The temple of VungTau hero. 

 Visit Worldwide Arms museum.

Transfer Back to the pier on Time .
